Shipping & FAQs
Our jackets are designed with a classic, tailored yet relaxed fit — structured through the shoulders with a natural drape and room for layering. We recommend selecting your usual size for an easy, refined silhouette, or one size up if you prefer an even more relaxed look. Each product page includes detailed measurements and fit notes to help guide your choice.
Think of our fit as that of a finely cut British field or sports jacket — elegantly shaped, but never restrictive. If you’re between sizes, choose the larger for comfort and layering, without sacrificing the garment’s intended structure.
Every Arc & Iveagh garment is made from natural, heritage-grade materials — Harris Tweed from Scotland, Halley Stevensons waxed cotton, French goat suede, wool/cashmere/silk blend and Japanese Bemberg or cotton flannel linings. These fabrics are chosen not just for quality, but for the history and craftsmanship woven into them.
Each material deserves its own approach. We recommend professional cleaning by specialists familiar with natural fibers, tweeds, and suedes but have also listed garment care instructions both on our website and as one of the inserts of your package. For waxed cotton, periodic re-waxing will maintain the jacket’s weather resistance and character. If you’re unsure where to go, please reach out — we’ll happily recommend trusted care specialists in your area.
No, and your jacket will thank you for it. Machine washing or drying can damage the fabric and craftsmanship. Always opt for professional cleaning suited to the specific material — or contact us, and we’ll guide you to someone who understands the care it deserves.
At present, all Arc & Iveagh pieces are ready-to-wear, designed for an elegant and versatile fit. However, we’re exploring made-to-measure partnerships for future collections. If bespoke craftsmanship is your preference, we invite you to join our mailing list for updates as those offerings take shape.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days of purchase. If a faster shipping method is selected, we will process and ship within the given time frame. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order departs our studio. For limited pre-order pieces, estimated delivery timelines are always listed on the product page.
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags, labels and accompanying materials intact. Items showing signs of wear, stains, odors, damage or other are not eligible for return. Full details are available on our Returns & Exchanges page.
Our pieces are produced in limited runs and, in many cases, are already made and en route to us. A pre-order reserves your size from that incoming batch. Estimated arrival and ship dates are listed on each product page; once we go live and stock is in hand, we ship within 5-7 business days and share tracking right away.
Typically not. Each Arc & Iveagh piece is designed to be unique to its collection — a reflection of time, material, and place. Occasionally, a silhouette may return in a new fabric or tone, but each edition remains distinct.
