SHIPPING & RETURNS

Need a different size? We accept exchanges on unworn pieces within 30 days of delivery. We'll cover the shipping both ways for US customers.

For international customers, you pay the return shipping, we'll cover shipping the replacement to you. For international exchanges, any duties or taxes on the return shipment are paid by the customer.

To return an item, first send an email to: returns@arcandiveagh.com. Include your order number and reason for return. We will email you a return label and form within 24 hours. Once you receive your return label, place item securely in its original packaging and include the return form provided. Then mail the item being returned to:

Return shipping costs will be covered or reimbursed by us for domestic orders. We accept returns on international orders, with return shipping and any duties or taxes paid by the customer.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from receipt of your item for processing. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Regarding shipping, we offer a range of shipping options for US and International orders.
• Basic ground shipping is on us for every domestic purchase.
• For international orders, duties and taxes are included in the price you see at checkout.
• Garment must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and accompanying materials intact.
• Items showing signs of wear, stains, odors, fabric stretching, damage, pet hair, or any alteration are not eligible for return or exchange.
• All returns are subject to inspection and approval. Arc & Iveagh reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above standards.
• Customs duties and import taxes (for any international purchase) are non-refundable. Returned international packages that incur duties will have those amounts deducted from the refund.
